Together, we explore the emotional, physical, and spiritual impact of grief while learning grounding tools, sharing stories, and reconnecting with meaning. You are welcome exactly as you are—there is no “right way” to grieve here.

This is a 12-week group with 60-minute sessions. Topics are personalized based on the needs of the members. Groups include 3–15 participants and meet weekly in a virtual format. To maintain the safety and integrity of the group, members commit to the full 12 weeks. Payment for all sessions is requested prior to the first meeting, and there are no refunds for missed sessions. The cost is $15 per session.

People-pleasing, anxious attachment, codependency… there are many labels used to describe difficulty with boundaries. But at the core, it’s simply a set of skills most of us were never taught. This group offers education, guidance, and support as you learn to build healthy boundaries you can actually use in real life. You don’t need to change your personality, fix all your past wounds, or overhaul your relationships to start setting boundaries. You just need the knowledge, confidence, and tools to choose them when you’re ready.

Mindfulness isn’t only about meditation (though that can be helpful); it’s about learning the practice of presence—observing ourselves and the world with curiosity, compassion, and intention.
This group offers an accessible introduction to developing a mindful philosophy for everyday living and provides tools and resources you can continue using long after the group ends.
